What's included when renting an event hall at Betahaus?

Everything you need to focus on your event, not the logistics: 600 Mbps symmetric Wi-Fi, projector, screen or white wall, professional sound system, microphones, whiteboard, flipcharts, configurable furniture, and on-site human support during the event.

If needed, you can add coffee breaks, catering, technical assistance, or exclusive zone access.

What's the capacity of the rooms and how are they arranged?

We have conference room space for 10 to 90 people, with multiple configurations: auditorium, circle, classroom, group dynamics, networking, or cocktail setup. You choose the format, and we’ll prepare it.

An architecture firm, for example, organized a full-day event with 50 attendees, divided by themes, using auxiliary rooms, the terrace, and the main hall—all perfectly synchronized.

Can I customize the space to my liking?

Yes. Our furniture is 100% mobile, and our rooms are designed to change layouts easily. Auditorium in the morning and group sessions in the afternoon? Perfect.

Do you have outdoor spaces for events?

Yes. We have 6 terraces that you can use for outdoor sessions, coffee breaks, or cocktail receptions.

Yes. You can come and test sound, projection, or whatever you need. We want you to feel confident on the day of the event. Rehearsing helps. Schedule a no-obligation technical visit.

Can events be recorded or livestreamed from the space?

Yes. Many of our clients record their presentations or livestream them. With good lighting, good acoustics, and a stable connection, the result is professional.

A coach, for example, recorded her video course here and used the terraces as a backdrop—it looked spectacular.

Do you offer coffee break or catering services for events?

Yes. You can arrange coffee, snacks, brunch, lunch, or cocktails through us or bring your own. We work with local suppliers and offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The break is also part of the experience.
